Jannette is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis, Indiana, where she received her Masters degree in Physical Therapy. She has had wonderful opportunities to create, direct and operate 2 different PT clinics for 10 years specializing in low back pain/post op recovery while working collaboratively with leading neurosurgeons in the Midwest. Jannette then taught PT for several years at the graduate program of physical therapy at Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. In 1998 she earned her accreditation as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) from the American Board of PT Specialties and relocated to the fabulous state of NC. Jannette enjoys treating a wide spectrum of conditions (head to toe) from TMJ/neck pain to post operative foot issues. She sees each patient as an individual with their own unique history and needs. Extra benefits to the current clinical setting at KIPT is the opportunity to work with outstanding clinicians, trainers/tri-athlete coaches to optimize her patients goals. She strives to work collaboratively with her patients healthcare providers. While not working with patients she loves spending time with friends and her sons, or in the outdoors gardening, hiking, biking, kayaking, going to the beach or crafting stain glass or quilting project.
Sarah is a graduate of Boston University's Sargent College, where she received her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2003. After working briefly in an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Boston, Sarah found her true passion treating patients in an outpatient orthopedic clinic in California. While there, she gained experience with both conservative and postsurgical treatment plans while working with a large orthopedic medical group. Few things give Sarah more pleasure than seeing her patients return to a fully active lifestyle and the sports they love.Her attention to underlying imbalances or limitations helps patients prevent further injury and stay ready to reach their maximum potential. She is excited to work at KIPT, where her schedule will allow her to focus one on one with each patient and make the best use of the time each patient spends at therapy. Sarah loves exercise, travel, and cheering on her three boys at the soccer field.
Katelyn is a graduate of the University of St Augustine, where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018. She has completed a series of post-graduate courses through the University of St. Augustine's Manual Therapy Certification program, specializing in hands-on treatment of the head, neck, back and hips. Katelyn has an extensive background in exercise and it's benefits, having received her Masters Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee in 2015. She loves working one-on-one with patients of all ages and fitness levels at Kinetic. Katelyn is from Upstate New York, and has quickly fallen in love with North Carolina and it's similar scenery. She loves spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Pooja graduated from Arcadia University with her doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019. She completed her bachelor's degree in 2012 from India. She has worked in a variety of settings, with a varied patient population. She is certified in Vestibular rehabilitation from The American Institute of Balance and LSVT big (Parkinson’s Disease and Similar Conditions) from LSVT Global, Inc. She moved to North Carolina in 2014. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and is most experienced in orthopedics and neurological cases. She has a passion for promoting wellness for all and feels strongly about individualizing treatment to each patient. She loves watching movies and spending time with her family and friends
