Rebecca Arce
Rebecca Arce is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her areas of expertise include dance medicine, manual therapy, Pilates rehab and trigger point dry needling. She has achieved her COMT (Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist) through Maitland Physiotherapy training, Pilates for Rehabalitiaiton certification through Polestar Pilates and trigger point dry needling certification through Kinetacore. Currently she holds the position as Resident Physical Therapist for Carolina Ballet and enjoys working with all types of athletes. She moved to NC several years ago from Miami and in her free time she loves spending time with her husband and two children, running, Pilates, cheering for the Jets and watching Carolina Ballet performances.

Jannette Woods-Reynolds
Jannette is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis, Indiana, where she received her degree of Physical Therapy in 1984. She had wonderful opportunities to create, direct and operate 2 different PT clinics for 10 years specializing in low back pain/post op recovery while working collaboratively with leading neurosurgeons in the Midwest. Jannette then taught PT for several years at the graduate program of physical therapy at Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. In 1998 she earned her accreditation as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) from the American Board of PT Specialties and relocated to the fabulous state of NC. She has worked in various out patient settings in the area and is excited about this opportunity at KIPT to work with Green Hope, Apex and Panther Creek high school students, friends, neighbors and locals. Jannette enjoys treating a wide spectrum of conditions (head to toe) from TMJ/neck pain to post operative foot issues. She sees each patient as an individual with their own unique history and needs. Extra benefits to the current clinical setting at KIPT is the opportunity to work with outstanding trainers/tri-athlete coaches to optimize her patient’s goals. While not working with patients she loves spending time with friends and her sons, or in the outdoors gardening, hiking, going to the beach or crafting a stain glass or quilting project.

Sarah Reeve - Physical Therapist

Sarah is a graduate of Boston University's Sargent College, where she received her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2003. After working briefly in an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Boston, Sarah found her true passion treating patients in an outpatient orthopedic clinic in California. While there, she gained experience with both conservative and postsurgical treatment plans while working with a large orthopedic medical group. Few things give Sarah more pleasure than seeing her patients return to a fully active lifestyle and the sports they love. Her attention to underlying imbalances or limitations helps patients prevent further injury and stay ready to reach their maximum potential. She is excited to work at KIPT, where her schedule will allow her to focus one on one with each patient and make the best use of the time each patient spends at therapy. Sarah loves exercise, travel, and cheering on her three boys at the soccer field.

Liz Waddell

Liz is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. She was the recipient of the Judy Capps Beswick Award in 2013 for excellence in clinical education. At UNC she participated in MS STEP UP, a specialized learning program in conjunction with the local chapter of the National MS Society to develop expertise in treating persons with multiple sclerosis. She has extensive experience working with both orthopedic and neurologic disorders focusing on gait, balance, foot, and ankle impairments. Additionally, Liz enjoys participating in dance, Pilates, and aerial arts and loves to incorporate these interests in her physical therapy practice. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with her husband, Cailen, and two cats, Miss Carrie and Mr. Leo.

Kaila Hendricks
Kaila Hendricks is a graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelors of Education in Sports Science. Prior to joining the Kinetic Institute of Physical Therapy Kaila worked for Spine and Sport as a Physical Therapy Aide in Savannah, GA before moving to Ohio and taking in the same role at Ortho Advantage. While in school at Wright State, Hendricks volunteered her time with the Wittenberg University Softball team. As Kaila's Internship, she assisted the Louisburg College Softball team; the majority of her role was focused in the area of Strength and Conditioning while also assisting the athletes with rehabilitation as well as injury prevention needs. Kaila is originally from Southwest Virginia. In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, and kayaking.
